Registration On-site registration counters are open during the entire congress and within the official registration opening hours. For on- site registration, only payment by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Maestro) are accepted. A registration is only valid if the full payment of the congress fee has been received. reimbursement. For example, participants registering as Non-Members and (at a later stage) becoming EADV Members will not receive a reimbursement of the difference between the two fees. Nor if, despite being active EADV Members, they create a new profile and register themselves as Non-Members. This will be applied to any registration processed and finalised incorrectly. • Refunds and cancellations requests are not accepted or processed on-site. • Refund requests can be sent to the EADV Registration Department no later than 2 months after the closure of the event. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. Refunds, if due, will be issued within 2 months from the receipt of the request. A EUR 50 cancellation fee per ticket cancelled is applicable to all refunds. • Any specific requests concerning Group registration will not be discussed on-site during the event for any purpose. Group registrations on-site are not possible. • Participant type change requests are not considered on-site. Registration Name Badge Each participant will receive a name badge on arrival to the Registration Area. The name badge is the official Congress identification document and should be worn at all times in order to gain entry into the conference centre. The name badge is your ticket for booked activities and sessions. Admission to other areas of the conference centre is not permitted without badge identification. For the reprinting of forgotten/lost badges EUR 80 will be charged. A fee of EUR 20 is applicable for every badge re-print due to a change of status from “Non-Healthcare Professional” to “Healthcare Professional” (and vice versa). Special Note: • The badge includes a QR code containing your full address and email. It is the participant’s decision to disclose these details to the exhibitors with a scanner.
