scholarships distributed thanks to Eli Lilly, a total of 500,000€ given to 10 projects by the Project Proposal and Review Committee and 5 Research Fellowships given to young European colleagues for strengthening their research curriculum in a different country. Internally, we have worked on aligning our actions with strategic priorities including the simplification of our Statutes and internal rules to make us more agile in our activities and reduce bureaucracy. This work is important to adapt to the rapid changes in healthcare and dissemination of knowledge. These successful outcomes could not have been achieved without the full dedication of the 34 employees of the EADV in Lugano and Brussels, the continuous support and guidance of the EADV Board and Executive Committee and the voluntary contribution of the various EADV Committees and Task Forces. With more than 7,000 members from 110 different countries, theEADV truly represents one of the most important scientific societies of our specialty worldwide. Our diversity is one of our key strengths allowing to bring people from different cultures and backgrounds throughout theworld to discuss the future of skin disease management.
